Resort Marine & Service is Hiring!

SALES MANAGER:  JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients

- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of product.

- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Experience:
- Proven experience in Retail Sales
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage key accounts and drive revenue growth
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• Monday to Friday

YARD TECHNICIAN:  Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Pick up and delivery of boats.

- Helping out techs and Service Manager when needed.

- Cleaning Boats

- Shrink wrapping boats for storage

_ Help in maintaining grounds
